Danny has completed several certifications including the Australian University of Sports Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has a wealth of experience in personal training, strength training, and nutrition and is dedicated to helping his clients reach their fitness goals.
Danny understands the importance of a personalised approach and tailors his clients’ training programs to their individual needs. He takes the time to get to know each of his clients and thoroughly assesses their fitness goals and capabilities. He then develops a plan of action for each client to ensure that they reach their desired goals.
Danny also takes the time to explain the importance of proper nutrition and its impact on overall health and fitness. He provides his clients with valuable nutrition advice to help them make healthy dietary choices.
